The Overview of signal gate valve
The Z45X Soft-Sealed Hidden-Stem Gate Valve is a type of valve that opens or closes fluid flow by vertically lifting or lowering a gate plate (valve plate). During operation, the valve stem of a hidden-stem soft-sealed gate valve only rotates without vertical movement. Its threaded section is located inside the valve body and connects to the gate plate nut. Typically, only the handwheel's rotation is visible, while the stem's vertical movement remains hidden. The gate plate's sealing surface is coated with elastic rubber material. Supported by the valve seat, this elastic seal ring tightly contacts the gate plate to achieve sealing. The lifting stem of the soft-seal gate valve features a trapezoidal thread. Through the nut in the center of the gate plate and the guide groove on the valve body, rotational motion is converted into linear motion—transforming the operating torque into operating thrust to open or close the valve.
The Features of signal gate valve
1.Overall rubber coating: the valve core is integrally covered with high-performance rubber and new vulcanization technology, with tight and firm fit, accurate geometric dimensions, reliable sealing and long service life.
2.Light weight: the valve body is made of nodular cast iron, the weight is 25% less than that of general gate valve, and the installation and maintenance are convenient; The opening height of the valve is 60mm~280mm lower than that of the general gate valve, and the valve can be installed in places with space restrictions.
3.Flat-bottom valve seat: the bottom adopts the same flat-bottom valve seat design as the pipeline, without debris accumulation, and the runner is unblocked and reliably sealed.
4.Corrosion resistance: non-toxic epoxy resin powder coating is adopted for the inner chamber of the valve. Copper alloy and stainless steel are adopted for the inner parts to prevent corrosion and rust. It can not only be used for drinking water, food and other systems, but also for sewage or underground systems .
5.O-ring seal is adopted for the upper seal of valve rod, with small friction resistance and light switch without water leakage.
